TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 – All claims for shortages, damaged shipments or other errors must be reported to 4M Computers upon receipt of merchandise.
2 – Refunded merchandise has to be accepted by 4M Computers within 7 days of receipt or a restocking charge of 15% will be applied on all refunds.
3 – A finance charge of 3% per month will be charged on all past due balances.
4 – The merchandise remains the property of 4M Computers until payment has been received.
5 – 4M Computers shall not be liable or responsible for any claim or demand from any cause whatsoever. In no event shall 4M Computers accept liability of any kind including any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential losses or damages even if 4M Computers has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

WARRANTY POLICY

1 – Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise is covered by the manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer will determine which warranty policy is acceptable.
2 – If the merchandise is not in good working condition within the warranty period, the customer or 4M Computers will send the merchandise to the manufacturer for either repair or replacement after obtaining RMA# (freight to be paid by the customer).
3 – The warranty does not extend to any merchandise that is physically damaged or is not under normal operating conditions as a result of any misuse, mishandling or improper installation on the Customer’s or User’s part.
4 – Merchandise returned as defective will be tested first. If any merchandise returned is found to be working properly up to the manufacturer’s specification, the customer will be charged a flat fee of $25.00 per merchandise for testing and verification.
5 – 4M Computers will assist all customers on technical matters at no charge for situations that require reasonable technical assistance. However, when excess demand for support occurs and is determined to be a result of the customer’s lack of product knowledge or improper use, the customer will be charged at a fee of $55.00 per hour (minimum one hour).
6 – If the manufacturer replaced a product under warranty period, the replacement is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty.
7 – All OEM cpu’s sold will carry no warranty whatsoever from 4M Computers.
